All bands are 40" in length and 3mm thick with varying resistances, making each band ideal for specialized training.

Resistance Levels Usage

Primarily used for adding resistance to stretching exercises, the entry-level strength bands are also ideal for pull-up assistance, general conditioning, rehabilitation, agility training, and lightweight training.
