Petra Focus Pads - Pair

Petra Focus Pads are used in Boxing, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, MMA Training and a variety of other martial arts to help gauge distance and practice techniques with kicks, knees and elbows. The Petra Focus Pads are made from soft PU leather and a dense shock absorbing foam. The pad also features a hand compartment that fits securely and snuggly using an elastic wrist band.

Training on Petra Focus Pads can aid you in developing your fighting reflexes, punching technique, defense technique, and fighting strategy. Hitting the focus pads is not only great for training these skill sets, but it also burns calories, strengthens and tones arms, and helps train hand-eye coordination.
