Time to Pull Yourself Back Up!
Has lack of progress in your fitness routine got you feeling down? Then it's time to literally pull yourself back up with this multi-exercise, P90X-inspired, Pull-Up bar.
Built for durability and comfort, this multi-purpose chin-up bar is the ultimate fitness training tool for strengthening and developing your shoulders, back, arms, chest, core, and more.
The pull-up bar easily mounts to any doorframe to become your own personal gym and features 12 grip positions. As a result, you can build multiple muscle groups with a variety of exercises. With the wide-grip positions, you will be challenging your upper lats, biceps, and forearm muscles. With the narrow-grip positions, you will be putting more emphasis on your lower lats. You can also take it off the door when you want to do push-ups or sit-ups. It is the perfect workout solution for an office, home, or bedroom.
