** This is a training bar whose intended purpose is to improve technique, it is not a weight lifting bar [no heavy weights].  There is no warranty against bending on all Aluminum Bars.

The warranty against bending will not cover any bar that has been damaged due to negligent abuse, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent abuse includes dropping of the bar in ways other than its intended use. For example, dropping the bar on safety spotter arms, a box, a bench, excessive dropping with damaged or insufficient bumper plates, or excessive dropping with iron plates, etc. Fitness Depot will review each claim on a case by case basis. Over the years we have found that almost all cases of bar warranty issues are a related to abuse of the product.
