The Northern Lights Multi Ladder Chin Up Bar is an excellent addition to any power rack. It offers a variety of high-intensity training exercises with multiple gripping angles. 

This unit features a 1.25" diameter bar that is sure to challenge and improve grip strength. It also features 8" center bar spacing and comes in at 14" wide. 

Crafted from heavy-gauge steel with a Matte Black finish, this Multi-Grip add-on can be mounted across the top of the Northern Lights or Iron factory Power Rack as well as used with our Beam Multi-Kit. 

* Mounting hardware is included.
