Now that you have made the commitment to own a piece or pieces of fitness equipment and get started on your fitness or exercise program, one question we frequently encounter – how do I get this product to my home?

Fitness Depot offers delivery and/or delivery and set up for ALL products purchased through our bricks and mortar retail locations. Our delivery teams have all been trained so that your fitness equipment purchase will be delivered safely into your home.

Please note that the product warranty is void when a residential product is installed in a commercial setting [non home usage]. If you have any questions with respect to the product warranty please send those inquiries to

Pricing for Delivery and/or Delivery and Set Up are available in-store and will be quoted at the time of product purchase. Our full Service with Delivery & Set Up offers:

  • Competitive Rates
  • Specific placement of fitness products
  • Removal, disposal and recycling of all packaging including cardboard
  • Complete installation and set-up of all fitness products purchased
  • Removal, disposal and recycling of any old fitness products being replaced**

Fitness Equipment Recycling Program

Fitness Depot offers our Haul Away Program since we would prefer to see all old fitness equipment recycled as opposed to ending up in our landfill. Rates will be quoted at the retail store at the time of purchase.

E-commerce orders

Pricing for products ordered through our E-commerce portal are quoted before check-out and then confirmed before you complete the transaction. Installation and set-up is not available for products purchased on-line. Please note that delivery of products ordered on-line are at the discretion of the courier company providing the delivery service. All aspects of these on-line transactions for delivery are between the courier and the customer directly. Fitness Depot has no control over delivery dates, delivery times, damaged goods, missed delivery appointments, partial deliveries, damage claims or any other aspect relating to the courier services offered.

In-Store Pick Up

If you have chosen in-store pick up for your on-line order there is no charge for this service. The retail store will contact you once your order is complete and ready for pick up.
