The Crossbox Fat Sled is a practical and collapsible design inspired from military application. The convenient portability of the Fat Sled combined with the heavy-duty construction of the unit makes it a tough exercise tool for explosive workouts. All you really need is about 20 yards of relatively flat ground, some weight plates, and you're ready to go. You can use the Crossbox Fat Sled on grass, Astroturf, fieldturf and track. If you are involved with a sport which relies on quintessential power, a sled workout will be an amazing addition to any strength and conditioning program. Since every repetition involves whole body coordination and an explosive contraction, sled exercises can be very similar to the motions of certain sports. A strength and conditioning program needs sports specific exercises and the sled can be used in many ways to mimic the activities of every sport. Using a sled strap, you can perform such workouts as walking lat pulls, chest presses, pull-throughs and much more. Once your training is done, the quick folding design allows for easy and effiecient clean up.
