Rise up to the challenge with this 10-Rung, Elevated, Agility Speed Ladder from Northern Lights. Regular use of an Agility Speed Ladder has been shown to quickly improve your acceleration, lateral speed and change of direction while enhancing balance, rhythm and body control. These core skills are critical to any athlete that wants to perform at a faster level than the competition, in any sport.

What makes this Agility Speed Ladder so unique is its ability to be used either elevated or flat, allowing for even more drill variety and higher-intensity workouts than with a typical, flat speed ladder.  

Built to last, this elevated agility ladder is constructed out of Heavy-Duty Plastic and features yellow, Snap-on rungs for a quick and easy set-up.

The ladder measures in at 150" inches in length, with a width of 20" inches, when used in the elevated position.  When used as a flat ladder, the width changes to 25.5" inches.
