No returns will be accepted unless you have an RA [return authorization number]

If returning an opened box, a 20% restocking fee applies.

If the returned item was not opened, the 20% restocking fee will not apply, must be in original packaging.

For a return with an RA [return authorization number] the cost of the item will only be credited. The shipping costs will be your responsibility and will not be credited.

You must take insurance on any goods returned at your expense and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns are subject to Fitness Depot inspection for damaged goods. Goods missing parts will not be accepted for return.

No returns on instructional products such as DVD's, Books or Posters.

No returns on Gloves, Scales, Heart Rate Monitors, Mats, Dumbbells for hygienic reasons.

Payments
Your credit card is not charged until the day the item is shipped.

Misprints
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site.
