The squat stand is well suited for home gyms and features easy transitions from squats to bench use, floor press to pull-ups, and anything in-between.
The 72" height gives you ample space for pull-ups under an 8-foot ceiling, while a compact 48"x48” footprint leaves plenty of room for additions and customization. The stand is compatible with 2"x3" accessories, such as the Safety Spotter Arms, using the CrossBox Adapter Block.

Have had this for over a year and it works great for me.
I added on the safety arms and this makes the rack versatile for all my lifting needs.
I chose this one because of the overall size and construction. Well designed and easy to assemble.

Good product and great store
Fitness depot is 110% my go to for all home gym equipment! Can't beat their prices anywhere. The price of this rack made it the right choice for a starter rack in our home gym. Very easy to put together, very sturdy, easy to move height settings however---there is no weight rating anywhere for the max weight it can hold. Also, where the pull-up bar attaches, it bends the frame in.
Great starter set, will likely end up needing a stronger/heavier hold one down the road.

Decent equipment from a great store.
First off id like to say im not knocking Fitness depot, they have been more than helpful. Bought this for the listed price took it home set it up had no problem until i noticed when attaching the chin up bar the main frame where you put the screw in bends from the washer. I find this a flaw from Northern Lights because every other screw you use has a shim to stop you from putting force on the frame with the screws. Another issue is there is no paper or nothing online stating how much weight this frame can hold. But so far so good. Thanks fitness depot you guys are great.
