From horizontal placement, to handle direction, and even grip type, this chin up bar is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen and tone biceps and forearms, burn calories and train your back/lats.

The handles can adjust right on the bar by adjusting the bolts and moving them into the desired position. This gives you nearly unlimited ways to position your handles, allowing you to swap between a regular grip, a wide grip, or whatever suits you best.

Choose Your Grip

The 99 Way Chin Up Bar combines 4 different grip styles and thickness sizes on one easy to use 360° rotating mechanism. Spin to find your grip and work out, it's that simple. The unit features 1 knurled grip (1.25") and 3 painted grips (1", 1.5", 2").

Unique Mounting System

The unique mounting system lets you use any diameter bar you want. The included bolts are long enough to allow you to mount the handles to thicker bars, allowing for a truly versatile system. Because the handles aren't fixed, you can set them up in any grip width that you want.

You can also completely change the angle of your grip. From a standard grip, to an angled grip style, the handle is controlled with a simple to use pop pin that locks into place once you find your position, allowing you to change your workout on the fly without the need of additional attachments or seperate chin up bars. The pop pins can also lock up to allow a free spinning handle which offers unlimited positions!
